Nobody else in this trade publishes prices. We do — because knowing roughly what a repair costs before you pick up the phone is how it should work. Every price below is GST-inclusive.

"From" prices are exactly that — the starting point for each tier. Your quote is a fixed price — priced from your photos, confirmed on site before any work starts — and it doesn't change unless concealed rot is found, in which case work pauses and nothing proceeds without your written approval.

The fine print, in plain English

Minimum engagement: $480

A proper repair means a proper setup — drop sheets, surface protection, lead-safe preparation and complete cleanup. That isn't worth doing badly for less, so we don't.

Travel and setup are included

All prices include travel within our service area and full site establishment — protection, lead-safe setup and cleanup. No call-out fees, no travel line on the invoice.

Access

Prices assume safe access from ground level or a standard ladder. Much sash work happens from inside — the sash comes out and is repaired on the bench — so an upstairs window doesn't automatically mean scaffold. Where an elevated work platform or scaffold is genuinely needed, it's flagged from your photos or on arrival and quoted separately at cost plus setup, before any work starts.

Quotes are free — from photos

Send photos through the quote form and we'll price the work the same day, free. It works: rot photographs honestly, and it means you're never paying for someone's drive time.

Want us there in person? That's the assessment

Every in-person visit is the whole-house assessment: all your windows inspected, a written condition report with photos, per-window severity, priority order and fixed prices — $180, credited in full against any work booked within 30 days, so if we do the work, the visit effectively cost nothing. Ideal for 6+ window homes, pre-sale preparation and heritage buyers.

Payment

Jobs over $1,000: 50% deposit on booking, balance on the day of completion. Under $1,000: full payment on completion. Card or transfer on the spot.

For comparison

Whole-house window replacement: $30,000+.

Repairing what you have costs a fraction, keeps the original hardwood, and comes with a 10-year structural warranty.

The fastest way to a price

Send us photos of your window.

Attach a few photos of the rot or the draughty window with your details, and we'll come back with what it needs and what it costs — usually the same day.
