Victorian Timber Window Repairs is a trading name of Innovate Build Co Pty Ltd (ABN 39 749 404 883). We collect the information you give us — name, phone number, suburb, message and any photos you attach — solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, and carry out and warrant our work.

• Enquiry details and photos are stored in our customer management system (GoHighLevel) and are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
• Job photos may be used in our portfolio and marketing only with your permission, which we ask for separately.
• We use privacy-respecting website analytics that do not use advertising cookies. If we later run advertising, this policy will be updated to name the platforms involved.
