What's covered

• 10 years structural — timber splices, sill and rail replacements, epoxy consolidation. The repair itself, guaranteed for a decade.
• 5 years moving parts — seals, sash cords, pulleys and the draught-proofing system.

The conditions, in plain English

• It covers the repaired sections — not timber we didn't touch.
• Topcoat within 90 days. We prime every repair; primer isn't a finish. Where painting isn't in our scope, the repair needs its topcoat within 90 days for cover to hold. We remind you — it protects your warranty, not us.
• Fix the moisture source. If rot came from a leaking gutter or failed flashing, we identify it in writing on your quote so you can have it fixed. Cover excludes damage from an identified moisture source left unrectified — which is exactly why we put it in writing up front.
• Excludes building movement, impact damage, and alterations by others.
• Transferable once. Selling? The warranty passes to the new owner (notify us within 60 days of settlement). A genuine selling point on a pre-sale repair.
